Every year our Mexican-American Vintners host an exclusive Winemaker's Dinner offering MAVA's partners, sponsors, and guests unmatched tasting experiences in both wine and food, as well as a more intimate experience with our Mexican-American world class wines and winemakers.
In 2018 MAVA opened just 35 seats to the public, for the first time in MAVA history!
Our 2018 intimate dinner took place directly after our Annual Harvest Festival, on August 18th, at Michelin-Guide-Recommended Restaurant Celadon, in a charming courtyard setting on the Napa Valley riverfront. Guests were wowed by an array of wine personalities, exquisite food and, of course, unforgettable wines!

flash fried calamari, chipotle chili and honey glaze;
stone fruit salad, burrata cheese, champagne vinaigrette;
risotto, wild mushrooms, english peas, asparagus, carrots, parmesan;
roasted chicken breast, fingerling potatoes, pole beans, meyer lemon-caper jus;
braised short ribs, mashed potatoes, summer squash, red wine jus;
